Our idea was invented in 2016 bringing fresh, healthy, sustainable and traceable MOUNTAIN TROUT to groceries and high-end restaurants near you!

  • Our Mountain Trout
    Starting with our own unique broodstock sourced from seven different strains, continuing through egg hatch, grow-out, and processing we will have a fully traceable story for every single fish.

  • Sustainably fed
    Our fish will be sustainably fed with a diet that’s full of antioxidants that make the fish stronger and healthier. This is an Astaxanthin-rich diet Astaxanthin which is a natural micronutrient/antioxidant (found in wild trout) and supports mental function, improves eyesight, skin health, and heart health.

  • Healthy
    We try to mimic nature’s way of raising the salmon trout, and our fish swim in currents as they would free in the mountain river and lakes. Our trout gets all-day exercise improving the quality of the meat. The meat is rich in proteins, heart healthy omega-3s, minerals and vitamins

  • All natural
    We will never use preventive antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, nor will we us chemicals to boost the color of our fish.

  • Traceable
    With our unique broodstock, egg hatchery, grow-out, and processing we will have a fully traceable story for every single fish.

  • Strong & delicious
    Our farms will have plenty of the freshest and purest water available in Norway ensuring optimal growth and living conditions for the fish.

  • Consistent and predictable
    We will harvest consistent and predictable with weekly product deliveries all year around.
